Pre-Install Verification & Quote

We complete a free on-site pre-install verification to confirm suitability and readiness at the time of inspection. You’ll receive the verification document attached with a defined written quotation.

    • Areas being waterproofed + any high-risk details

    • Substrate readiness and critical junctions/penetrations

    • Timing, access, and trade sequencing before install

Systematic Installation

We complete the waterproofing using a consistent, step by step method, including preparation, critical detailing, and full primary membrane application. The job is kept clean, controlled, and sequenced correctly to reduce defects and return visits.

    • Surface preparation + critical detailing (junctions, penetrations, setdowns)

    • Apply the primary membrane, then return after screed to apply the above-screed membrane

    • Keep sequencing controlled and work documented with site photos/checkpoints

Stage Verification

Before screed is laid, we verify the completed primary membrane and capture the key evidence from this stage while everything is still visible.

    • DFT (dry film thickness) readings recorded at this stage where applicable

    • Stage photo set of key details and coverage

    • Flood testing where applicable

Final Documentation

Once complete, you receive a clear, organised Digital Handover Pack that’s easy to store, share, and refer back to.

    • Digital Handover Pack (PDF) with scope, key notes, and completion details

    • Photos organised by stage (so it’s easy to follow and forward on)

    • If optional enhancements are included, they’re clearly listed and documented
